Head’s Office Assistant Perm, term-time only3-WSHMO/RVFUp to £33K FTEOffice based – WestminsterHours 8:15-16:15, Mon-Fri, 8:15-13:15 SatThe Client:One of VWA's prestigious clients in the education sector are looking for an organised and dedicated Head’s Office Assistant to work alongside their EA. This is a permanent, term-time role.The Role:Head’s Office Assistant duties will include, but are not limited to:Support the EA to the Head in all of their duties.Support the administration of the Emergency Response Plan as directed by the Executive Assistant to the Head.Provide an additional point of contact for people contacting the Head’s office.Maintain the paper filing system (including archiving of leavers’ files and creation of new files).Log staff absences.Maintaining the email inboxes associated with their administrative responsibilities.The successful Head’s Office Assistant will have:Strong administrative and organisational skills.Experience in assistance, administration and/or office support.Great interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively.A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupilsBe available from August and able to commit to a temp role until December.The details and benefits:Up to £33K FTE = £25.4K gross take home.This is a permanent, full-time positionMonday - Friday (Hours 8:15-16:15), Saturdays 8:15-13:15.Office based, school in Westminster.Lunch provided.The brilliant opportunity to work closely with a small assistant team.Applicants must be happy to complete an enhanced DBS check at offer stage.If you are interested in this exciting Head’s Office Assistant opportunity, please apply today!
