Health Plan Analyst Contract, at least 3 months with the potential to extend Remote, EST/CST Hourly rate: $28.00-30,00/hr Must have: Bachelors degree Excel, lookups, pivots, macros 3 year's of experience in healthcare with analysis of health care data Condensed Job Summary The Health Plan Analyst supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of provider data to ensure accuracy across systems and business functions. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to improve provider data quality and contribute to market implementation efforts. Key Responsibilities Support provider data operations and new market launches as part of the Health Partner team. Conduct provider disruption analyses for assigned markets. Translate large or complex data sets into clear, usable reports and tracking tools. Manage selected HPLC projects and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication. Partner with HPLC leadership to develop performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans. Assist with provider network data management, reporting, and process enhancements. Build database structures, reports, and queries to support data validation and maintenance. Analyze provider organizations and market data to inform contract negotiations and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and verify information for provider network reporting. Track state submissions and provider recruitment activity across hospitals, physicians, and ancillary groups. Prepare required NCQA documentation for assigned markets. Serve as a subject matter expert on provider data and related processes. #AFHR
