We are currently seeking interest to fill various full-time and part-time Health Practitioner roles to become an integral part of our community.Your opportunityAs a Health Practitioner You Will Be Involved InApplying preventive health knowledge to participate and assist in the planning and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives.Applying knowledge and skills in chronic disease prevention to co-design and develop tools and resources to health consumers, health professionals and other key stakeholders.Assisting with the analysis of sensitive and complex issues, liaising, consulting and negotiating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.Applying project management skills to support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of prevention strategies and initiativesYour workplaceBe part of our commitment to improving reconciliation and health equity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by contributing towards our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.Help foster a workplace that embraces equity, diversity, and inclusivity.Get active with access to our complimentary wellness facilities including Pilates, Yoga, and Tennis.
