The Role:Provide expert advice and support on health safety and wellbeing across all the relevant state or territory business units in a collaborative, engaging manner and tailored to suit the audience to ensure engagement and understanding.Identify and communicate the right level of incident, hazard, and near-miss investigations based on risk profiles.Develop tailored Return to Work plans in collaboration with injured employees, health practitioners, managers, and other stakeholders.Work closely with insurers, WorkSafe, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions back to pre-injury duties.Attend medical case conferences and coordinate early interventions that promote recovery and reduce costs.Guide managers on injury prevention, reasonable adjustments, and safe return-to-work strategies—even for non-work-related conditions.Maintain compliance and accuracy in claims and injury management systems, keeping up with legislative changes.Upskill supervisors and account managers so they can confidently support their teams through recovery.Track progress, prepare reports, and use insights to create safer workplaces for everyone.Lead proactive strategies like training, risk assessments, safety walks, and audits to reduce workplace injuries.Lead proactive strategies like training, risk assessments, safety walks, and audits to reduce workplace injuries.About You:Experience in working in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisory positionMinimum of Cert IV in WH&S or Diploma is preferredCompletion of Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator (RRTWC) course
