Your new roleThis role focuses on early candidate engagement and building pipelines to meet hiring targets.As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Identify Recruitment Needs - Collaborate with teams to assess site requirements and workforce gaps.Screen and Progress Candidates - Review applications, check credentials and working rights, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate communication.Coordinate Interviews and Checks - Schedule interviews, issue medical checklists, conduct reference checks, and organise police clearances.Recruitment and Onboarding - Draft job ads, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, prepare contracts, and support diversity targets.HR Systems and Reporting - Maintain data in Workday, ensure compliance, and complete monthly and quarterly reporting.
