Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and part of a national talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for campaign development and management, leading talent projects including candidate sourcing strategy development and talent community implementation together with providing reporting and analysis to the business leaders. A newly created position as part of our growth and people strategy the Talent Acquisition Campaign Specialist will:Partner with senior leadership, talent acquisition advisors, business discipline leads and business leaders to understand current and future allied health talent needs. Design, build and maintain a qualified pool of identified and engaged local and international talent through the strategic talent campaigns and ownership of allied health talent communities together with early careers, indigenous and veterans communities. Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to produce ongoing, innovative and engaging talent branding contentSource and engage talent through available and innovative sourcing tools such as the organisational ATS, LinkedIN, Seek, Referrals, Social platforms and Industry forums. Identify, design and lead project plans for annual events targeted to key campaign focus areasCreate and deliver talent attraction, selection and hiring processes through the modification of systems and tools designed for the targeted campaign disciplinesSupport the talent acquisition leadership team with coaching TA Advisors on attraction strategies and how to connect roles to talent communities. Create monthly report on return of investment for campaigns under managementProvide metrics and insights into market and talent trendsEnd to end hands on direct hiring of allied health talent during peak periods QualificationsTo be consider for the role of Talent Acquisition Campaign Specialist you will bring to the role:Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy and campaign management. Experience with international and early careers campaignsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers. Knowledge of EVP development and employer brand strategies. A continuous improvement mindset for talent community and campaign performance. A passion for candidate experience and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
