The Group strategy is driven towards growing profitably and creating value sustainably.As part of this strategy, a unique Global Business Services Center has been established in Brasov, in 2022, working together with all Jungheinrich entities worldwide, providing support in their day-to-day operations.We are a young organization, in full grow, and we are proud to say that we already proved our capabilities – all our internal customers are very satisfied with the way we work, and our people created strong relationship that makes the team function at its best.Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:Health and Safety (H&S):Coordinate the implementation and continuous update of company Health & Safety policies and procedures;Identify occupational risks and propose prevention and protection measures;Organize and monitor H&S training sessions for all employees (induction, periodic, job change, etc.);Lead investigations of work-related incidents/accidents and prepare the corresponding reports;Maintain communication with relevant authorities (Labor Inspectorate, Fire Department, Public Health Department, etc.) and ensure full legal compliance.Fire Safety and Emergency Situations:Ensure preparation and regular updates of fire prevention and firefighting documentation;Coordinate periodic evacuation drills and emergency response training;Check the availability and functionality of safety and intervention equipment.Environment:Monitor company activities for compliance with environmental requirements;Coordinate waste and hazardous materials management processes;Identify opportunities to reduce resource consumption and improve environmental performance.Quality:Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001);Develop and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.);Monitor process performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions;Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure implementation of resulting action plans.Other Responsibilities:Prepare and present regular HSEQ performance reports to company management;Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the organization;Provide support to operational departments to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations.Requirements for success:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Protection, or Quality Management;Certified training in Occupational Health & Safety and Emergency Management, according to national legislation;ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) are considered an advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (HSE, Quality, or HSEQ);Proven experience in implementing and auditing management systems.Strong knowledge of legislation in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environment, and Quality;Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills;Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making ability;Advanced English language skills;Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).What we offer:A great team, supporting newcomers to adapt fast and to achieve professional excellence very quickly.Excellent working set-up, with flexible schedule and hybrid program, allowing you to maintain a balanced life-work style.Professional development opportunities through quality training, constant guidance, and support.An attractive compensation package adapted to the market conditions.Friendly and cozy work environment.
