Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

Position: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer Location: Tema Shai Hills Application Deadline: 20th November, 2025Overview:We are seeking a qualified and committed HSE Officer to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across our factory operations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Lead safety trainings, fire drills, and toolbox talks Monitor PPE usage and promote safety awareness Maintain accurate HSE records and reportsQualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field NEBOSH/IOSH certification is an advantage Minimum 2 years’ experience in a factory or manufacturing HSE role Strong knowledge of Ghana’s HSE regulations Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills Proactive, disciplined, and safety-oriented mindsetHow to Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to bordarjobs@gmail.com with the subject line: Application for HSE Officer.
