The Nurse Midwife will be responsible for providing comprehensive maternity care, including managing midwifery care throughout the pre-natal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods. The Midwife Officer will also offer family planning services and support overall nursing and medical duties as required. Ensuring patient comfort and promoting a positive patient experience is central to this role.QualificationsProficiency in Family Planning and offering related servicesExperience in Maternity care and managing maternal healthExpertise in Midwifery, including pre-natal, intra-natal, and post-natal careBackground in Medicine and general medical practicesNursing skills and experience in patient careAbility to provide compassionate and patient-centered careLicense as a Registered Nurse and Midwife (RN/RM)Relevant experience in a hospital settingExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetGood standing with Ghana health regulatory bodies
