Senior AI/ML Software Engineer

We focus on transparency, security, and delivering innovative technology solutions that bridge the gap between global companies and top-tier technical talent.Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI/ML Technical Lead who combines hands-on machine learning experience with the ability to contribute to model transparency and governance frameworks.In this role, you will:• Provide technical guidance on model architecture, compute needs, and intended useconsiderations• Support the creation of system documentation, model transparency templates, and explainabilityartifacts• Conduct gap analyses aligned to internal and regulatory standards• Collaborate with governance, legal, and compliance stakeholders• Help define realistic implementation pathways for organizations establishing responsible AIprocessesThis is a strategic and technical role suited for someone who understands how models work and howthey must be governed.Required Technical Background• Extensive Python experience• Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, FAISS, Pinecone) for RAG-based LLMworkflows• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or structured methods for managing modelexecution environments• Demonstrated open-source or production-level project work (GitHub or integrateddeployment)Additional Qualifications• Experience with model development, tuning, or deployment workflows• Familiarity with model documentation and interpretability practices• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear communication• Experience performing process mapping or gap assessments is a plus• Self-directed and comfortable operating in evolving project environments• Strong communication skills across tech and non-technical audiences
