Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :Ensure effective implementation of Project HSE Plan & Procedures for their area of work and type of activities.Carry out a risk assessment on the site to determine potential hazards and risk levels.Determine the operational controls required either to eliminate or to reduce the risk level.Determine the required potential protective equipment and issue it to the concerned staff.Ensure the employees where the protective equipment’s and adhere to the safety requirements of the job.Keep track of incidents on the site.Spread the culture of Safety First in the Organization.Conduct toolbox talks, related to safety aspects to its employees in the site.Organize training on Health and Safety aspects within the projects.Monitor toolbox talks conducted by Supervisors.Ensure that all Fire extinguishers are inspected and serviced regularly.Ensure and maintain the First Aid Box in the project site wherever required.Report to the Management regarding HSE performance.Requirements:✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and implementing HSE aspects in the Oil and Gas industry ✅ NEBOSH GC/IGC (Mandatory)✅ Diploma in Safety / HSE✅ IOSH Managing Safely✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
