Health & Safety SpecialistJob Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs and policies.Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Deliver health and safety training programs to employees and management.Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a health and safety role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.Relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or OSHA certifications).Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
