The Healthcare Assistant will support individuals with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, administering medication, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Key responsibilities include assisting with mobility and manual handling, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and fostering positive interpersonal relationships with clients and team members. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care is also a vital aspect of the role.QualificationsExperience in Patient Care and knowledge of Medicine to provide accurate and compassionate client careStrong Interpersonal Skills for building effective communication and relationships with service users and team membersExpertise in Manual Handling to safely assist individuals with their mobility needsUnderstanding of Health & Safety practices to maintain a secure and compliant care environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and dedicationRelevant certifications or training in healthcare and patient care are an advantage
