Private Equity – Investment – AssociateRole DescriptionThe Private Equity Investment Associate plays a vital role in supporting the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments. This position is typically a stepping stone to more senior roles within private equity firms and involves a wide range of responsibilities across the entire investment process. Associates are integral to conducting due diligence, building financial models, performing valuations, and assisting in structuring and executing transactions.In day-to-day operations, Private Equity Associates assist with identifying investment opportunities, which may involve sector analysis, market research, and networking with potential deal sources, such as investment bankers, entrepreneurs, and other financial institutions. They help evaluate the financial health and strategic potential of target companies, conducting deep dives into their financials, business models, and growth prospects.
