Job Title: Healthcare DirectorReports to: CEOBusiness Sector: Sales & MarketingDelivery & Capabilities Sector: Consulting, Technology, Solutions🎯 Core PurposeTo lead Leader Systems’ initiatives in the healthcare industry, acting as the owner of the healthcare vertical within the company.The Healthcare Director will drive growth, client satisfaction, and innovation by understanding healthcare needs, shaping tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with internal departments.📌 Key Responsibilities Market Understanding & Industry ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem, including the Ministry of Health (MoH), PHCCs, and private hospitals.Stay updated on Vision 2030 healthcare transformation, regulations, and digital health initiatives.Analyze competitors, emerging technologies, and procurement cycles to identify business opportunities. Customer Engagement & Needs DiagnosisLead diagnostic visits and consultations with healthcare clients to assess operational gaps and digital transformation needs.Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities in areas such as medical records, patient flow, HR, and asset management.Develop actionable recommendations that integrate people, process, technology, and governance. Solution Customization & ScopingCollaborate with consulting and technology teams to design customized healthcare solutions, such as:ERP and HR systems for hospitalsDigital archiving and patient record systemsIncident reporting and patient safety toolsAwareness and engagement campaigns (e.g., hygiene, appointment systems)Ensure compliance with healthcare operational, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards. Project Planning & Delivery SupportDefine strategic roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans for healthcare engagements.Oversee handover to delivery teams and provide industry-specific insights during execution.Act as a strategic advisor to ensure solution relevance and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Business Development & RepresentationSupport the sales and marketing teams by providing localized healthcare insights, case studies, and value propositions.Participate in pre-sales meetings, RFP responses, and negotiations with healthcare clients.Represent Leader Systems at forums, conferences, and events related to digital health transformation. Drive Innovation & Solution DevelopmentWork closely with software and product teams to develop or localize tools for healthcare clients.Prioritize new features and services based on real-world client pain points.Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects with hospitals and clinics to validate new digital healthcare solutions. Knowledge Management & Internal EnablementDocument best practices, frameworks, and lessons learned from healthcare projects.Build internal awareness through training sessions and knowledge sharing on healthcare-specific requirements.Create reusable healthcare delivery playbooks for future projects.👥 Team Possibilities (Future Growth)As the healthcare vertical expands, the Healthcare Director may build a dedicated team that includes:Healthcare Solution ConsultantHealthcare Change Management AdvisorTechnical Consultant (Healthcare Systems)Client Success Officer – Health Clients📈 Example KPIsNumber of healthcare clients diagnosed and servedAverage satisfaction score from healthcare clientsNumber of successful healthcare department transformationsRevenue generated from the healthcare sectorNumber of innovation projects or PoCs launchedAdoption rate of new healthcare solutions🧠 Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.10–15 years of experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or system integration.Proven record in digital transformation within the healthcare domain.Strong experience in the Saudi healthcare market is mandatory.Experience collaborating across consulting, software, and infrastructure teams.💼 Skills & CompetenciesFluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic and analytical thinking with strong solution orientation.Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and IT systems.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Customer-centric mindset with focus on long-term value creation
