Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.Valid driver's licenseAble to commute ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and cataloguing parts & assembliesCycle counting as per scheduleOrdering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, and shipping partsGenerating quotes and completing ordersLook up and locate parts in inventory or order parts from approved suppliersKeep the workstation, as well as the parts department, clean and organized to maintain a professional image to customerComplete paperwork on timely basisMonitor parts pricing; recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specificationsThorough understanding and identifying of all parts required and ability to research required partsUnload and load delivery trucks using a ForkliftCore and warranty processingAbility to be customer service focused and to resolve conflicts in an inclusive, transparent, and calm manner.Additional InformationCompensation is commensurate with education and experience.APPLY NOWWith a track record of success, Vertex provides a fast-paced environment where people thrive.
