Welder Foreman

Job DescriptionManages and coordinates the work of welders on the job site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications. Primary Responsibilities Oversee team of welders. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications. Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all welders are using proper safety equipment and procedures. Provide guidance on welding techniques. Inspect welds to ensure they meet required standards and address any quality issues. Manage tools, equipment, and materials.

Address any challenges or problems that arise during the welding process and finding solutions to keep the project on track. Job Requirements Minimum of five years platform decommissioning experience required. Extensive knowledge and experience in various welding processes and techniques. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the welding process. V alid driver’s license/ID card. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
