IT Support Officer – 2-Month ContractLocation: On-site, City-based Health Agency Contract Duration: 2 Months Start Date: ImmediateWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to join our client, a reputable health agency located in the city, for a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong Level 1 support experience and a solid understanding of Microsoft environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for Windows desktop environmentsManage Active Directory (AD) and user account administrationDeliver Level 1 support for Microsoft TeamsSupport Office 365 applications and servicesRespond to on-call and remote support requests from a large user baseAssist in the development and deployment of Standard Operating Environments (SOE)Administer Group Policy Objects (GPO) within Active DirectoryManage email systems and troubleshoot related issuesProvide basic IP networking support and manage network printersCreate and maintain technical documentationKey Requirements:Proven experience in a Level 1 IT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop administrationHands-on experience with Active Directory and Group PolicyFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 supportAbility to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsThis is a great opportunity to contribute to a vital health organization while expanding your IT support experience.
