Job Description

About this Position Improve process and production with high efficiency, quality at optimum cost. Safeguard process safety and management-of-change by providing chemical engineering knowledge. Implement new methods and/or systems to comply with Henkel requirements. Lead the problem solving, corrective/preventive action and improvementWhat You´ll Do Work closely with internal stakeholders (e. g. PD & AE teams) to drive new products launches on site meeting and produce prodcuts of excellent qualityCommunicate with relevant stakeholders to effectively execute the manufacturing processes (e. g. MOC)Work closely with internal stakeholders (e. g.

production & SHE teams) to drive risk assessment, process safety and improvementImprove efficiency, capacity, quality and cost of all production and process activitiesWork closely with relevant stakeholder for process optimization and execution in siteMeet objectives in safety, quality, schedule, cost and compliance, and running process or tasks based on SOPMaintain formulations in system up to date What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry, or related field. >2 years of experience in process engineering within chemical or related manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and production flow.

Experience with process optimization, scaling-up, and cost-saving projects would be an advantage. Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
