As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Financial Accountant and Analyst to join our team!Your role at HFM: Assisting with budgeting processes, forecasting financial outcomes, and analysing variances. Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimise results. Contributing to strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations. Analyse financial statements to evaluate performance.
Liaise with external Auditor to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Manage the financial accounting team and ensure proper planning. Review monthly accounts for all subsidiaries and identify discrepancies. Consolidate Company’s financial data, conduct variance analysis, prepare financial packages, present financial results to Senior Accountant Liaising with various authorities as and when required. Ensure timely reporting of all financial information. Ability to interpret and make use of IAS / IFRS. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant and Head of Finance. RequirementsWhat You Bring: ACCA qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 6+ years of finance experience, including experience in audit and financial analyst. String understanding of IAS / IFRS, taxation, and other key financial analysis. Knowledge of Sage Accounting software and SAP. Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills are a must. Strong numerical sensitivity and sound understanding of accounting principles. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fast learner and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
