You will support business operations for daily business and for events, analyze product performances and will contribute to local action plans (trainings, product animations) in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams. You will provide feedbacks to local and regional counterparts to drive further growth.Your Main Missions Will BeCoordinate HJ Product OperationsSupport Marketing team to coordinate High Jewelry product operations with Boutiques, Logistic and Regional teams (stock transfers among SEA Boutiques, new stock allocation, import/export with other markets/HQ…)Be the key contact for stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentationsHJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to marketsSupport Events/Boutique AnimationsAssist the Marketing team in preparation of events/boutiques animationsParticipate in the creation of product related content/tools (ebooklet, training decks)Be the referent for client presentations tools (gloves, trays, mirrors…)Contribute to HJ Product StrategySupport Marketing team for novelties launch and daily activitiesConvey product knowledge and create sales tools for new/existing collectionsAd-hoc analysis on product performances and business trendsMore than a role….
