As we continue to grow our offshore team in the Philippines, we are seeking a Process Specialist to join our growing team.As a Proposal Specialist, you will manage Security Questionnaires, Risk and Due Diligence Assessments, RFIs, RFPs, and other technical requests. You’ll maintain the client's response software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an accurate content repository. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.Job DescriptionSupport and manage Security Questionnaires, DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, and other technical requests from intake to completionMaintain project schedules, communicate status, and escalate roadblocks as neededCollaborate with SMEs to source, draft, edit, and translate technical content into customer-friendly languageKeep content repository updated with product enhancements, new initiatives, and reviewed Q&A collectionsBuild and maintain a robust content library with accurate, well-structured, and timely informationPartner with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to ensure content accuracyPerform additional tasks to support Proposal Team operationsJob SpecificationBachelors in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience5+ years as a Proposal Specialist, preferably in the IT or Cybersecurity fieldExperience with DDQs, Security Questionnaires, Risk Assessments, RFIs, and TPRM portalsBackground in Sales support and customer request managementProficient in using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) is an advantageStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skillsSkilled in building cross-functional relationships; detail-oriented and adaptableKnowledge of IT, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, GDPR/CCPA, and frameworks (SOC, NIST, ISO-27000)Excellent writing/editing skills; able to meet tight deadlinesProficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and RFP softwareWorking ConditionsWork from home set-up; 5-day work weekKeep doing what you are good at.
