You’ll explore trends across the recruitment landscape, AI, and Web3 ecosystems—then transform those insights into engaging blogs, market reports, and social content.If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the emerging tech industry, specifically talent related projects, come and join our team!In This Role, You WillResearch & InsightTrack hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent shifts in AI and Web3 marketsAnalyze recruitment trends across global emerging marketsProduce internal research briefs and contribute to public-facing reports (e.g. talent insights, industry pulse checks)Support founder-led research efforts on niche roles and competitive positioningMarketing & ContentCreate content for our blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter—ranging from talent spotlights to hiring trendsCraft marketing copy for job postings, reports, and event announcementsManage content calendar and collaborate on social campaigns and community buildingSupport brand tone, voice, and storytelling for talent and client audiencesYou Might Thrive In This Role If You Have1+ year of experience in a relevant role (research analyst, marketing associate, recruitment ops, or similar)Strong interest in at least one of the following: Web3, AI, or startup talent ecosystemsExcellent research and synthesis skills—you love turning data into actionable insightsExcellent writing and content creation skills in EnglishFamiliarity with social media marketing or community buildingVisual and storytelling skills (Canva, Figma, or basic design editing)Comfortable navigating X (Twitter), Discord, and other Web3 community channelsAbility to analyze, summarize, and present data or trends clearlySelf-starter: can manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and take ownership
