HMS Trust is looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our team with Decypher – HMS Trust’s Interpreting and Translating service.

We will consider applications from all languages and have a focus currently on building up our Dari, Fiji Hindi, Fijian, Gujarati, Hungarian, Cambodian/Khmer, Kinyarwanda, Kiribati, Kurdish, Nepalese, Pashto, Rohingya, Sinhalese, Tagalog, Telugu, Thai, Vietnamese, interpreting pool. This is a casual role and can be busy and multi-faceted.  Our interpreters work in all sorts of different settings – hospitals, courts, GP clinics, government department appointments.  Interpreting assignments can be face-to-face, phone and/or video interpreting. As one of our team Decypher’s team of talented interpreters you will:

Respond to interpretation/translation assignments in different locationsProvide language support for clients when scheduled. Provide accurate interpretation/translation services to clients in a professional manner. Travel to clients, if necessary, when completing interpretation services. Ensure essential details relating to all translation/interpretation services are accurately recorded in writing. Training is provided – you bring the language skills, we will support you with the Interpreting skills and training.
