Right now, we’re looking for a part-time Customer Operations Trainee (German and/or Finnish speaking) to join our Customer Operations team. As a Customer Operations Trainee at Holvi, your main responsibility is to assist and encourage new customers to get onboarded to the service and support existing customers to keep their business information up to date.

You will also help us to onboard customers to our newly introduced Money Market product. A typical day could see you: Call customers in order to assist and encourage them to finalise their onboarding processCall customers in order to remind and support them in updating their business informationReview account applications based on our guidelines and policiesReach out to customers for additional information related to open requestsReview, evaluate and verify customer dataSupport your colleagues in other Customer Lifecycle Management related tasksThis is for you if:

You're fluent in English and either German or Finnish, both in writing and speakingYou have customer service experienceYou have a customer-centric mindset and communicating with customers over phone and email brings you joyPrioritising tasks and promptly addressing any issues comes naturally to youYou like to work in a team environment and are self-motivatedYou are interested in compliance and regulations:

assessing complex cases in line with compliance requirements is a challenge you're interested to tackleYour analytical skills, attention to detail, and determination are top-notchYou're curious, a quick learner, and love sharing your learnings with othersYou're available for a full-time two-week onboarding period in the beginning of the employmentIt's a plus if: You have a background in banking, law, or complianceYou've got previous experience onboarding customers to regulated servicesBenefits: As a Customer Operations trainee, you get to experience customer work in the finance sector in a variety of ways - from onboarding customers to solving their various challenges.
