Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a Sr. Territory Manager Fire to join us at Honeywell in Finland. You will Conduct proactive sales activities to establish and develop customer relationships, averaging three customer visits per workday. . Conduct sales activities following territorial plans within the assigned geographical area, as well as Key Account plans for defined customers. Manage sales to designated customers within the geographic region. Report to the Sales Manager Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales to designated customers within the geographic region. Take responsibility for achieving individual sales targets in alignment with established goals. Conduct sales activities following territorial plans within the assigned geographical area, as well as Key Account plans for defined customers. Execute sales processes in accordance with standard procedures. Introduce new products (NPI) to customers and consultants.

Create and maintain sales offers in SFDC, ensuring continuous status updates. Maintain existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities. Complete reporting and forecasting within set deadlines. Observe and communicate relevant market insights. Actively participate in Tier meetings, sales meetings, and other required gatherings. Contribute to continuous process improvement within the sales department. Complete required training in the Learning HUB and report HSE incidents. Perform additional sales-related tasks assigned by the Sales Director Nordics, relevant to the role. Key Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree or qualification as an electrician (low voltage) or equivalent.

Extensive relevant experience can compensate for the lack of a technical degree. 3–5 years of experience in technical product sales. Preferably strong knowledge of fire alarms, voice alarm systems, aspiration detectors, and related systems. Strong computer skills and proficiency in software usage. Excellent relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel frequently, including day trips and multi-day trips.
