Horticultural Engineer - Site

Khatib & Alami is looking to hire a Horticultural Engineer for a site-based role in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all horticultural and soft landscape works on site, ensuring high-quality implementation and compliance with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all horticultural and soft landscaping works on site.Coordinate with Landscape Architects, Irrigation Specialists, and Contractors.Oversee soil preparation, planting, and maintenance activities.Inspect plant materials for quality and ensure proper installation.Monitor watering, pruning, and fertilization during establishment.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Landscape Engineering.8–12 years of experience in landscape and horticultural site supervision, preferably in the Dubai.Good knowledge of local plant species and site conditions.Strong coordination and communication skills.Experience in large-scale infrastructure or landscaping projects preferred.
