In this role, you’ll drive the growth of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product — designed to help restaurants and hotels manage cash flow, split invoices, and finance renovations or expansions with ease.As an Operations Manager, you’ll own and build the operational foundation for this new and rapidly scaling product. You’ll be responsible for developing processes from scratch, managing the end-to-end BNPL lifecycle — from underwriting and onboarding to risk management, performance tracking, and client relationship management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Tech to deliver a seamless merchant experience and ensure operational excellence.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn what it takes to build a new product from 0 to 100.
