The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the accounts receivable department including but not limited to: Incoming phone callsDaily outgoing client collection CallsPrepare monthly and daily InvoicesNew Accounts set upProcessing and maintenance of accounting receivable recordsResearch payment discrepanciesResolve posting discrepanciesPost customer payments -Past Due Correspondence LettersAccounts Receivable Clerical TasksAccounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
