Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, coupled with your genuine care for our guests, will shine through in each department you work.Primary ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impressionUse cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environmentOffer personalised food and beverage suggestions, whether in our outlets or during events leaving a lasting impression on our guestsProactively source information to expand your product knowledgeBe the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gemsConfidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamworkSkills And ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plusPossession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionalsCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidaysStrong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellenceYour problem-solving skills and unwavering positivity come into play when challenges arise, as you transform obstacles into opportunitiesAccor BenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
