Purpose Statement:To advance the mission and vision of Woodlands by providing unforgettable guest experiences while delivering extraordinary customer service.Basic Qualifications:Relational - dedicated to building strong personal connections through clear communication and excellent customer serviceSystematized - the ability to create an organized framework to accomplish projectsor processesResourceful - the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficultiesThorough - taking pains to complete tasks with great care to the last detailResponsibilities: Ensure excellence in overall guest experienceProvide support to the Host teamProvide support and oversight to group and volunteer work teams (retreat season)Serve as Host to speakers and sponsors (primarily summer)Serve as FOH supervisor (summer and retreat season)Serve as a member of guest services teams (free time shifts, turn responsibilities, foodservice roles, etc)Serve alongside housekeeping teams in providing excellent facilitiesAssist with all lodging requestsAssist with special events and summer logisticsAssist Retail Manager as neededParticipate in hiring processes
