Mailbox Operations Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Mailbox Operations Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX/Atlanta, GA. Candidates must have hands-on experience with XML Gateway connectivity and meet-point mailbox operations.Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Mailbox Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities IncludeManage the ILEC Meet-Point Mailbox, processing approximately 400 monthly circuit information requests between CLLI codes.Respond to customer inquiries, perform circuit redesigns, and assist in establishing new meet-points.Operate the XML mailbox to handle requests for Local Service Request (LSR) XML Gateway connectivity setup and updates.Create CLEC test and production APPL IDs to support customer order submissions.Coordinate testing and troubleshooting calls with test managers, IT teams, and customers during platform migrations.Apply knowledge of circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and telecom operations to ensure accurate and timely mailbox processing.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred.5–8 years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, or technical support.Proficiency in managing XML Gateway connectivity and Local Service Requests (LSRs).Strong understanding of circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operations.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
