Job DescriptionOur Copenhagen office is seeking a Host/Hostess who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the capacity to represent our office with integrity in all interactions are essential qualities for this role. As the first and last point of contact, you will play a vital role in shaping the experience of our day-to-day guests as well as those attending our frequent house tours, private events, lectures, and other happenings. By ensuring these occasions run seamlessly, you enable our creative teams to focus on delivering outstanding design solutions. You will join the Office & Community Management team, who consist of seven full-time employees and five to eight part-time employees, who all work closely together to consistently achieve the best possible outcomes. The main purpose and mission for the Office & Community Management team is to maintain a hospitable, professional and functioning environment with a focus on supporting our projects and on creating a positive and long-lasting first impression for all. To enable that, we are looking for a new colleague to manage the responsibilities below: Primary responsibilities: Welcoming guests, groups, clients, and partners, ensuring proper introductions and confidentiality. Managing phone calls and monitor the main office email inbox.Coordinate and book meetings and meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments.Ensure the office environment is always presentable, welcoming, and inspiring.Assist with office and client events as needed.Ensure the reception area is ready at the start and end of each day.Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.The ideal candidate: Exceptionally service-minded, positive, and reliable.Educational background or experience in the hospitality industry, ideally as a receptionist or host.Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills and a natural approach to meeting new people.Fluency in English.High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and professionalism.Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Comfortable in basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook is an advantage.  About the Role: Location: Nordhavn, CopenhagenPosition type: Permanent, full-timeWorkplace: On-siteStart date: As soon as possibleApplication deadline: October 30th Why Join Us? You will be part of a vibrant, international team where two days are not the same.
