Do you speak English fluently (you’ll be the first point of contact to guide new clients on our OTA platform from setup and integration to launch, ensure their listings go live smoothly, while delivering measurable value to our clients from day one)?Continue reading...I am a Recruiter at Mindo looking for immediate assistance with the following tasks:Key ResponsibilitiesSource, vet, and onboard cleaning and maintenance vendors for new properties.Coordinate vendor availability, negotiate rates when appropriate, and confirm properties meet quality standards before going live.Communicate directly with property owners to provide updates, answer questions, and schedule vendor visits based on their availability.Collect accurate property and vendor information and share it with Launch Managers and Live Operations.Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors through phone, text, and email.Organize and verify all onboarding details to support a smooth handoff to Live Operations.Identify potential issues early and escalate or resolve them to avoid launch delays.Follow established onboarding workflows and recommend improvements when needed.RequirementsExcellent English skills – strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error-free responses, and a neutral accent. Comfort handling regular phone calls with clients and vendorsExperience preferred – 1+ years of experience in account onboarding, client success, or customer service, preferably in a B2B SaaS, OTA, or travel tech environment.Strong technical aptitude — Quick to learn new software & comfortable working with dashboards, CRMs, APIs, and partner data systems.Problem solver – Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.Client-focused – Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifting systemDo you have experience with all of this??
