This sophisticated venue offers guests a seamless blend of fine dining and high-energy entertainment, making it one of the city’s most sought-after nightspots.We are seeking for highly dynamic Hostesses to join our growing team this upcoming season!Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and confidence, ensuring a memorable first impressionManage reservations and the guest waiting list efficiently, optimizing table allocationProvide seating arrangements that balance guest comfort and operational flowLiaise closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departureMaintain a pristine reception area, in line with Bâoli’s luxury standardsHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with discretion and professionalismSupport the team during busy service periods and assist with event setups as requiredIdeal Candidate: 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury hospitality venue, & European experience will be highly preferredGood experience in SevenRoomsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Charismatic personality with a passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiencesImpeccable grooming and confident presence suitable for a high-end dining and nightlife environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
