Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitudeManage seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow during busy hoursEscort guests to their tables and provide menus with an overview of offerings or specialsTake food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar teamServe food and drinks in a timely, polite, and efficient mannerCheck in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needsMaintain cleanliness and order of assigned tables and front entrance areaHandle billing and payment processes accurately using the POS systemCommunicate guest requests, dietary requirements, or complaints promptlyPromote menu items, seasonal features, and restaurant events when appropriateCollaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experienceFollow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all timesSkills & Qualifications:Prior experience as a waitress or hostess in a restaurant or hospitality settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, warm, and confident presence when interacting with guestsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with POS and reservation systemsTeam player with a guest-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and personal presentationFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
