Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including key tasks, milestones, and deliverables.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure efficient planning.Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities.Prepare and update progress reports, highlighting critical activities, potential delays, and mitigation plans.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.Optimize resource allocation for manpower, equipment, and materials.Monitor and control project costs, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Participate in project meetings, providing updates and recommendations for improvement.Support process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience, with strong exposure to Dubai-based projects.Proficient in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
