NOW HIRING: General Manager — DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South Hotel & Conference Center Managed by GF Hotels & ResortsWe are seeking a top-performing, highly motivated General Manager to lead the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South, a full-service property featuring 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space and the on-site Smoke & Barrel Restaurant.This is not a passive leadership role — we are looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with profitability, operational efficiency, and measurable performance metrics such as GOP, NOI, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores. The ideal candidate has deep local market knowledge, a proven track record of success, and is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams.Compensation: Performance-based compensation.
