The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth performance and exceptional guest experiences. Daily tasks include managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, planning and monitoring budgets, overseeing food and beverage operations, and achieving business and financial objectives. The role involves cultivating a culture of excellence and contributing to the hotel’s position as a hospitality leader.QualificationsStrong leadership and General Management skills to oversee hotel operations and lead a team effectively7+ year of experience on similar positionsProven ability in Customer Service and Food & Beverage management ensuring excellent guest experiences and quality standardsProficiency in Budgeting and Business Management to meet financial goals and improve operational efficiencyStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to handle day-to-day challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders effectivelyExperience in international hospitality management within the luxury or resort sector is mandatoryA Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFluency in English is required, and knowledge of Croatian or other languages is an advantage
