Hotel Google Business Profile and Google Travel Optimization Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled specialist to take full ownership of Google Business Profile and Google Travel optimization for one of our clients in the hospitality sector. This is an A-player role for someone who understands how to increase visibility, rankings, and bookings for accommodation-based businesses across Google’s entire travel ecosystem.The right candidate will be responsible for setting up, verifying, optimizing, and managing the client’s presence across:Google Business ProfileGoogle MapsGoogle Search hotel modulesGoogle Travel / Google HotelsThis role requires hands-on experience with hospitality listings, direct-booking optimization, reputation management, and local SEO.ResponsibilitiesClaim, verify, and fully optimize the client’s Google Business Profile.Ensure proper classification within Google Travel / Google Hotels.Add and optimize amenities, attributes, photos, videos, and booking links.Build and execute a five-star review strategy, including review responses.Improve visibility across Maps, Local Pack, and hotel-search modules.Maintain consistent NAP and business details across all Google surfaces.Implement hospitality-focused SEO best practices.Provide monthly reporting on impressions, clicks, ranking changes, and booking link performance.Coordinate with our internal team to ensure alignment with website, booking pages, and CRM systems.RequirementsProven experience managing Google Business Profiles for hotels, resorts, villas, or vacation rentals.Demonstrated success optimizing listings for Google Travel / Google Hotels.Strong understanding of hospitality SEO and direct booking strategies.Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.High ownership, strong communication, and reliability.Portfolio or examples of hospitality listings you have optimized.Nice to HaveExperience with Central American or surf/oceanfront hospitality markets.Knowledge of schema markup for hospitality.Ability to advise on booking funnel and guest messaging improvements.About UsWe are a digital marketing agency supporting innovators, creators, and businesses across multiple sectors.
