Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Supervisor, based in Johns Creek, GA. The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pet hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for pets and their owners. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, monitoring food and beverage operations for boarding pets, handling client inquiries, and overseeing reception desk activities. The role also includes meeting sales and budgeting goals to support the hotel's operational success. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to ensure a friendly, efficient, and professional client experience.Skills in Budgeting and Sales to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.Experience in Food & Beverage operations to ensure proper dietary care for pets staying at the hotel.Leadership and organizational abilities to manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
