These duties may be reasonably varied by the company in consultation with you during your employment. To achieve optimal outcomes for the business, you may be reasonably required to perform duties outside of your position description from time to time.ResponsibilitiesPlace customer orders with the vendor via email and dedicated online portalsAssist with order queries, including ETAs and delivery inquiriesManage order changes, split deliveries, and forward ordersResolve order issues and/or escalate to the Team LeaderWork with Product Managers as required to ensure order pricing is correctProvide backup to the Claims team when required to process pricing claims on vendorsLiaise with the sales team, product managers, warehouse, and couriers to provide the utmost service for our customersAd-hoc administration tasks, including report generation and ETA management as requested by the Group Operations & Claims Manager Skills and ExperienceExcellent customer service skills, with the drive to deliver the right outcomeClear, concise, and confident communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitaskStrong organizational and prioritization skillsWorks well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail; you understand customers’ needs and requirementsSolution-focusedAbility to work well in a team and autonomouslyWork Location:Office-based | 7 AM-4 PM (Manila)Zeta tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon CityNote: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
