Duration: One year (extendable)OverviewThe HR, Admin & PRO role is a key position responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative functions, and Public Relations (PRO) activities. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can effectively manage HR processes, streamline administrative functions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)Human Resources Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboardingImplement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor lawsCoordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competenciesAdminister performance appraisal processes and contribute to employee career developmentAdministration:Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and facilities managementCoordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employeesManage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operationsHandle general correspondence and communicationPublic Relations (PRO):Act as the company's liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodiesManage visa processing, work permits, and other legal requirements for employeesBuild and maintain positive relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth business operationsEmployee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relationsAddress employee queries and concerns, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environmentMediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplaceObtain necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Investment (MISA), Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Civil Defense, and local municipalities)Ensure the project site complies with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standardsFacilitate inspections and audits by government agencies and address any compliance issuesProcess work permits, visas, and Iqamas for expatriate employees through Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSIEnsure all employees have valid residency and work permits as per Saudi labor lawsHandle visa renewals, transfers, and exit/re-entry permits as required for project staffAct as the primary contact between the company and government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Ministry of Interior, and local authoritiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate project approvals and smooth operationsAddress and resolve any regulatory or administrative issues affecting the project siteEnsure the project site meets Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements by coordinating with HR to hire the required percentage of Saudi employeesMaintain compliance with labor regulations related to employee contracts, wages, and working conditionsProvide updates on labor law changes and government policies affecting the project siteCompliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policiesStay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management on necessary adjustmentsPrepare and submit required reports to regulatory authoritiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in Saudi ArabiaIn-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications
