Ipic Active, Ipic Play, and 40 Something Restaurant are seeking a professional andexperienced HR, Administration & Finance Manager to oversee and manage human resources, financial administration, and operational compliance across our three dynamic business units.This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams. The successfulcandidate will contribute to aligning people, finance, and administrative strategieswith the group’s broader business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources ManagementAdminister and manage all HR processes, employee records, and compliance documentation in line with POPIA and labour legislation.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in collaboration with management.Implement and monitor probation and performance management systems.Coordinate training and development initiatives, ensuring accurate maintenance of training records.Draft and manage employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory standards.Analyse HR metrics, turnover, and performance data to inform strategic decisions.Administration and OperationsMaintain efficient administrative systems to support operations across all three business units.Manage internal communication, document control, and administrative workflows.Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory and compliance reports.Finance SupportCapture and verify payroll data for submission to payroll service providers.Support financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.Assist with budget tracking and provide administrative support to the finance department.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.Any previous experience in HR, administration, or finance will be to your advantage.In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential) and payroll/HR systems.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.What We Offer:A collaborative and professional work environment.Exposure to three diverse, growing brands in the fitness, hospitality, and family entertainment sectors.Opportunities for career development and growth.Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and qualifications.To apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to andus@ipicactive.co.zaClosing Date: 21 November 2025Please Note: Recruitment at Ipic Active is conducted with the highest level ofconfidentiality.
