HR Administrator, Employee Experience, HR TeamLocation: DublinContract: Full Time, Permanent Contract The purpose of this role is to function within the HR team with responsibility for Employee Experience, Operations, and processes. This role will include creating a purposeful and positive onboarding experience for all new hires and offering HR support to employees and managers where necessary.Benefits: 25 days Annual Leave 3 Concession Days, 7% Employer Pension Contribution, Maternity Top Up 26 Weeks, Tax-Saver Scheme, Education Assistance Policy, Paid Sick Leave policy, Premium rates for unsocial hoursWhat You Will DoManage onboarding tasks including pre-employment checks, communications, and SLA compliance.Provide real-time updates to new hires, hiring managers, and coordinate start dates.Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and HR Locker.Administer contracts of employment and ensure HR records and trackers are up to date.Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and contribute to HR KPIs.Monitor probation periods, guiding managers through the process.Update and deliver monthly employee communications and organisational charts.Support reporting and HR projects, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.What You Will NeedProven HR admin experienceRelevant third level qualification at degree level in HR with CIPD membership (Desirable)Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to write clear and accurate reports, analyse data and present in a confident mannerProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams and database systems.Ability to work as part of a team which shares a common goal.Ability to use initiative and seek direction when appropriateAbility to anticipate problems and generate solutionsAbility to work under pressure and prioritise competing demandsAbility to deal with confidential information and work with integrityFocus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer.#FI2
