In this role, you will join an experienced HR team with plenty of opportunities to add value and contribute to a wide range of projects.If you’re proactive, people-focused, and motivated by making a real impact, this could be an excellent next step in your career.ABOUT THE ROLE: Work closely with assigned business units, building strong stakeholder relationships and offering insightful HR support.Foster effective partnerships within each business area, ensuring decisions and actions align with the wider HR strategy and framework.Act as a trusted coach to people managers, helping them grow their confidence and capability in key people processes such as performance and talent management.Align local people plans and initiatives with the broader firmwide people strategy to ensure a consistent employee experience.Contribute to the HRBP team by supporting the delivery of core HR cycles and playing an active role in strategic HR initiatives.Roll out HR policies, processes, and initiatives that gain strong buy-in from stakeholders while remaining compliant with evolving legislation and best practice.Work closely with colleagues across all HR functions to continually enhance and streamline the overall People Experience throughout the organisation.ABOUT THE PERSON: Solid background in HR, with 5+ years’ experience in a generalist role — ideally within professional services.Confident understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations, with sound judgement in complex situations.Strong communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels of the business.Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.Highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
