SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNERI'm partnering with an Irish-headquartered multinational client to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their newly appointed Head of HR. This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity to shape culture and implement best-in-class HR practices across their supply chain and retail operations.You'll lead a team of four HR professionals supporting approximately 800-900 employees in a dynamic, fast-paced, unionised environment.
