You’ll be:Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality Supporting recruitment activities—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks Assisting with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports Tracking attendance, leave requests, and time-off balances for policy compliance Supporting performance management, employee engagement, and training coordination Assisting with benefits administration and responding to employee inquiries Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws Generating HR metrics and reports for audits and leadership reviews This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of HR administrative or generalist experience Experience using HRIS platforms (SAP, UKG, Workday, or similar) Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Key CompetenciesProfessional integrity & confidentiality Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Strong time-management & multitasking abilities Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices Additional DetailsJob Title: HR Administrator Client: Luxottica Location: McDonough, GA 30253 Employment Type: 3-month contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $27.50/hr Must meet standard onboarding and screening requirements What Happens NextOnce you apply, we’ll review your background to see if it aligns with what our client is looking for.
