The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting all end-to-end administrative HR duties in our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the HR team, contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes, and gaining exposure to a variety of HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people, and is committed to delivering a high-quality HR service that impacts business success.The selected incumbent will collaborate with AbbVie as a contractor, through a third-party company, under a fixed-term contract.Key Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the HR Department by ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Act as a liaison between HR and employees, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering clear and open communication to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Organize, maintain, and update internal databases and employee records.Manage leave system and ensure alignment with policies/legislation, keeping a relevant track record.Manage internal working plan attendance files and prepare respective ERGANI files.Monitor and ensure digital card implementation and related activities.Collect all required documentation & administer new hires in the systems.Create personal files for all new hires and ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete and in accordance with legal requirements.Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts.Responsible for the administration of employee benefits such as Life and Health benefits etc.Update the company’s organizational chart, seating, and parking plan, and extract monthly lists to keep relevant internal stakeholders up to date.Liaison with Occupational Physician to schedule meetings with employees.Prepare and issue employee certifications upon relevant requests.Prepare employee Health Check-Up confirmation letters.PO creation, monitoring of POs and invoices, vendor opening in company’s systems, in alignment with Finance Dept.Prepare HR reports relating to personnel activities and HR metrics.Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.Education and Qualifications Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, would be considered an asset.Up to 3 years of previous experience in an HR role.Previous experience of payroll related activities will be a strong plus.Thorough Knowledge of Greek employment law.Excellent knowledge of the English language.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS Systems (Scan HR, Taleo, Workday etc.)Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects/tasks.Strong communication skills.Fast learner with the ability to work well independently and in teams.Capable of remaining calm under pressure.Ability to always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
