Job DescriptionAbout the position: The HR Analyst for our Global Growth R&D population supports people initiatives and strategies across our R&D functions. You will support the implementation of various HR projects and offer hands-on support to our employees with regard to HR queries (such as employee relations, engagement, improvingL&D and talent management). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers striving to reach the next level and gaining exposure of different stakeholders. This role reports directly to the P&P Lead, Global Growth R&D and Marketing Excellence.In Brief, You Are Responsible ForCollaborate with various departments, offering hands-on support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR initiatives.Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, addressing general HR queries. Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.Support the performance appraisal process by guiding employees and managers on best practices. Assist in identifying training and development needs, working with L&D teams to create employee career and growth opportunities.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring processes for key roles. Generate reports and insights on key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement and performance trends.Collaborate with external parties for contractor hiring, time writing and reporting. Responsible for internal communications for the function. Expected Experience & Required SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in the field of HR or related areas. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to understand business financials and where HR can make an impact. Ability to influence and align strategy around talent capability and behaviors. Proven record of partnering at different levels within an organization. Robust analytical skillset. Basic knowledge of core HR services and ability to partner with HR centers of excellence, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and benefits.
